What’s New at MARCH- November 2020

While our physical office may be closed, we are still busy at MARCH. Check out all that’s happened at MARCH this month!

Nicole Belolan, Public Historian in Residence at MARCH, was a featured speaker for “Women & Politics: Then & Now,” an online public program held November 19 by the Rutgers-Camden Departments of History and Gender Studies, Honors College, and the Alice Paul Institute. The panel discussion commemorated the centennial of women’s right to vote and examined the current status of women and politics.

Students employed at MARCH are doing research for a public tour to be offered when the Society for Historical Archaeology meets in Philadelphia in January 2022.

Our research/office assistant Sabrina Gonzalez-Morabito, who will complete her B.A. this semester, has been accepted into the graduate program in public history at the University of Nebraska. Congratulations!
