University of Maryland and Dartmouth College to Host Crowdsourcing Workshop

The NEH has announced the award of a Cooperative Agreement to Dartmouth College and University of Maryland for a May 2015 event entitled ‘Engaging the Public: Best Practices for Crowdsourcing Across the Disciplines.'” The workshop will investigate how crowdsourcing works as an effective means for generating knowledge and connecting the public with cultural heritage resources.

Deadline Approaching for the 2015-2016 Fellowship Competition by the Mandel Center for Advanced Holocaust Studies

The deadline to submit a project proposal for the fellowship competition at the Mandel Center for Advanced Holocaust Studies at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum is November 30, 2014.
The Mandel Center awards fellowships-in-residence to candidates working on their dissertations, postdoctoral researchers, and senior scholars.
