Registration is open for “Sequestering Tradition?: A Cultural Sustainability Symposium,” August 15-18 at Sterling College in Craftsbury Common, VT.

“Sequestering Tradition?: A Cultural Sustainability Symposium” features three days of presentations, workshops and field-experience that explore the intersection between cultural practices and broad perspectives on sustainability.

Keynote speakers include Brown University Professor Emeritus and ethnomusicologist Jeff Todd Titon, UCLA Professor Emeritus and ethnomusicologist Anthony Seeger, and Goucher College Professor and folklorist Rory Turner.
