PA Council for History Education, with the assistance of the National Council for History Education (NCHE) was launched in 2005 by a volunteer Board made up of K-12 educators, college professors, and a n0n-profit professional. The organization incorporated, obtained 501(c)3 non-profit charitable status and held its first annual conference at the Senator John Heinz History Center, Pittsburgh, PA in October 2005.
This year’s conference features three speakers:
