"New Jersey Studies: An Interdisciplinary Journal" Accepting Submissions

On the verge of releasing its Winter 2016 issue, the journal is now accepting submissions for Summer 2016.

New Jersey Studies: An Interdisciplinary Journal is a project of the New Jersey Historical Commission and Rutgers University Libraries, in partnership with Monmouth University.

New Jersey Studies staff will be pleased to review all articles ideas and content related to New Jersey history and heritage. Submissions for the Summer 2016 edition are due February 1, 2016 and can be emailed to the editor, Melissa Ziobro (mziobro@monmouth.edu). Please be sure that all submissions conform to all guidelines, which can be found on the New Jersey Studies homepage.

Moving forward, New Jersey Studies will switch to a Spring/Fall publication schedule. Subsequently, its Fall 2016 issue is slated to be released in conjunction with the New Jersey Historical Commission’s November 2016 conference, will be a themed issue mirroring the topic of the conference: The 100th Anniversary of the National Park Service (NPS) and issues relating to environmental history in New Jersey. All papers submitted should be related to the theme. For consideration in that Fall 2016 issue, submissions must be received by editor Melissa Ziobro no later than July 1,2016.
