The New Jersey Historic Trust is awarding nearly five million dollars to fifty-two preservation projects across the Garden State. The grants were presented at the Trust’s annual meeting on October 17, pending approval by the governor and state legislation. Sites in eighteen of New Jersey’s twenty-one counties were chosen. Grants are funded by the Preserve New Jersey Historic Preservation Fund, which draws on the state’s corporate business tax.
