The National Council on Public History has announced the results of its 2013 election.
Denise Meringolo of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County; Jill Ogline Titus of the Civil War Institute at Gettysburg College; and Anne Mitchell Whisnant of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill were elected to the Board of Directors.
Newly elected members of the Nominating Committee are Priya Chhaya of the National Trust for Historic Preservation and Patricia West of the National Park Service.
