Joseph Gonzales, Ph.D., has been named the director of the University of the Arts’ Museum Communication program. Prior to his appointment, Gonzales was the manager of Research and Community Engagement Strategies for the Fleisher Art Memorial. He is currently president of the Museum Council of Philadelphia and the Delaware Valley. The Museum Communication program UArts explores the exchanges of information between cultural institutions, audiences, stakeholders and partners.
