The Maryland Historical Society is opening a new exhibit on the life and works of Baltimore-based artist David Brewster. Brewster’s work tackles challenging themes including race, gender, and environmental issues. The exhibit, Structure and Perspective: David Brewster Explores Maryland’s Social Landscape, will have its opening reception October 12th at the society’s Baltimore headquarters.
