Creating Exhibitions Symposium

From the University of the Arts:

The UArts’ Museum Studies Department presents this Dynamic Symposium that will engage attendees with presentations, conversations and workshops focusing on collaborative approaches to integrative design thinking in the creation of meaningful social experiences and interactions within exhibitions. These provocateurs have utilized museums as public venues to facilitate local and global change.

The Symposium marks the debut of the book, CREATING EXHIBITIONS: Collaboration in Planning, Development and Design of Interpretive Experiences, by Polly McKenna-Cress and Janet Kamien.

*Symposium registration includes a complimentary copy of the book.

Symposium is free to UArts graduate students with valid ID and $50 for all other graduate students with valid ID.

Note: Book not included with student registration.

A portion of the proceeds from registration fees will go toward the Janet A. Kamien Fund
