The ALHFAM Mid-Atlantic 2013 Regional Meeting will be held March 8-9 at the Farmers’ Museum in Cooperstown, New York. For the past several years, many historic sites have operated with less money and downsized staff levels. How are we doing? How are we making things work? What creative ways are we using our limited resources to engage new audiences? How are we supporting our staff while expecting them to do more with less?
