Dr. Robert Lukens was appointed President of the Chester County Historical Society in West Chester, PA, upon Kimberly A. Hall’s resignation. Dr. Lukens was most recently the Exhibits and Education Director at the U.S. Capitol Visitor Center in Washington D.C.
