The Activist History Review has issued a call for proposals for its annual conference, to be held June 18, 2018 at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. The theme of the conference will be power. Proposals may be for panels, posters, roundtable discussions, or individual papers. The deadline is Monday, April 9.
This is the Activist History Review‘s first conference. The publication was founded after the 2016 election and has since provided a platform for academic resistance and discourse in disciplines threatened by the current political situation in the United States. For more information about the conference and submission details, see The Activist History Review’s website.
