Call for Panels/Papers: "Race Hate: The New Normal?"

Scholars interested in the issues surrounding race and hate rhetoric in the age of Trump are invited to submit proposals for the conference, to be held in Albany May 31 to June 1.

The Northeast People of Color Legal Conference (NEPOC) and Conference of Asian Pacific American Law Faculty (CAPALF) have issued a call for papers for their joint conference, to be held in Albany, New York May 31 – June 1, 2018. The theme of the conference will be “Race Hate: the New Normal?” Scholars interested in the issues surrounding race and hate rhetoric in the age of Trump are invited to submit proposals. Potential topics include problems surrounding ethnic diversity in education, anti-immigration politics, fake news, and racism in disaster relief. The deadline for submissions is April 30.
