Alice Paul Institute Will Host Marketing the Movement: How Women Won the Right to Vote

The Alice Paul Institute will host Marketing the Movement: How Women Won the Right to Vote on September 17 at 12 pm. The exhibition tells the story of New Jersey women who utilized pop culture and new mass marketing techniques to raise awareness and support for the women’s suffrage cause.

Exhibit designer Lisa Hendrickson and API Program Coordinator Olivia Errico will join the conversation on the creation of a 6 panel traveling exhibit of the same name and the evolution of American pop culture and marketing.
