Every year the New Jersey Studies Academic Alliance (www.njssa.org) accepts nominations for materials published in the field of New Jersey studies for its Author Awards. The awards are meant to recognize works that reflect a new understanding of New Jersey’s history and culture, demonstrate evidence of original research in the application of New Jersey resources and/or reveal new insights into a topic.
