Register now for the 11th Annual New Sweden History Conference, titled “The Women of New Sweden-1638-1800.” The conference will be held November 5, 2011 at Widener University in Chester Pennsylvania. Scholars Gunlög Fur, Susan E. Klepp, Jean R. Soderlund and Lorraine E. Williams will speak on the diverse cultural and political roles of women in the Delaware Valley during the 17th and 18th centuries.
